Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to oversee IT operations, lead a team of professionals, and ensure seamless delivery of technical support and IT services. The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise and non-technical leadership capabilities to manage daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead communication and stakeholder engagement with clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the IT team, ensuring accountability and growth.
  • Oversee multitasking and balance team workloads to meet service expectations.
  • Conduct daily audits and ensure timely resolution of IT service tickets.
  • Lead and support projects including procurement, software licensing, security systems, email creation, and IT device management.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal process owners for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team, offering technical and procedural guidance.

Technical Skills:

  • Administer and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), including deployments and routine maintenance.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and support for IT equipment (computers, printers, networking devices).
  • Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center for user administration, policy enforcement, and service health monitoring.
  • Ensure IT security through account management, MFA implementation, compliance checks, antivirus, and anti-spam systems.
  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications and other standard technologies.
  • Oversee cloud backup processes and data loss prevention strategies.
  • Configure and maintain virtual machines, ensuring performance and security.
