Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an IT Administrator. The IT Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support, managing network and system administration, and performing troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of information technology within the organization. Daily tasks will include monitoring system performance, ensuring data security, and supporting end-users with technical issues.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Network Administration
- Proficiency in System Administration
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology fundamentals
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the entertainment or VFX industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is not an obstacle
