Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture long-term client relationships to understand hiring needs and expectations.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
  • Ensure timely delivery of recruitment services without compromising quality.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including sourcing, screening, and HR to meet client demands.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes for efficiency.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment progress and outcomes.
