About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior TIBCO Consultant with strong expertise in enterprise integration solutions using the TIBCO suite of products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex integration projects, hands-on technical leadership, and deep knowledge of SOA and microservices architecture. This role involves end-to-end solution design, development, monitoring, and production support in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO AMX BusinessWorks 5.x/6.x, BW Adapters, Enterprise Message Service, Designer/Studio, and related tools.
- Participate in full project lifecycle including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Manage and monitor TIBCO environments using TIBCO Administrator, HAWK, and related monitoring tools.
- Build scalable and reusable services based on Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP), SOA, and microservices architecture.
- Develop integration solutions leveraging Java, JMS, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL, XML, and scripting in Unix/Linux environments.
- Utilize GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines for source control, build automation, and deployment.
- Implement security best practices, including support for enterprise authentication, authorization, and encryption protocols.
- Collaborate effectively in an onshore/offshore delivery model, supporting production systems and resolving issues proactively.
- Provide off-hours production support and assist with code deployments as needed.
- Ensure solutions adhere to coding standards, performance guidelines, and best practices.
- Act as a mentor and technical lead, supporting junior team members and driving quality deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on development experience with TIBCO AMX BusinessWorks (BW 5.x/6.x) and related TIBCO suite.
- Strong background in SOA, microservices, and enterprise integration architecture.
- Expertise in Java, JMS, SOAP, REST, JSON, SQL, XML, shell scripting.
- Proficiency in GitHub, Jenkins, CI/CD, and Unix/Linux environments.
- Experience with TIBCO Administrator, HAWK, and enterprise monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise security protocols (e.g., SSL, OAuth, SAML).
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and proactive issue resolution skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with mission-critical applications.
- Knowledge of cloud integration platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
