Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO professional to support project governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting, along with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project reports, dashboards, and MIS using Excel

Prepare high-quality presentations (PPT) for leadership reviews and stakeholder meetings

Track project progress, milestones, risks, and issues, ensuring timely updates

Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather updates and ensure alignment

Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations

Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks and standards

Assist in resource tracking, budgeting, and utilization reporting

Identify process improvement opportunities and drive PMO best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards)

Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create impactful presentations

Good understanding of reporting and data analysis

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in PMO or project coordination role

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, etc.)
