Please Note: This role is for ISO Trainer Position, someone who is interested to move into this space.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver tailored ISO training programs for both public and in company courses, ensuring they align with client needs and industry standards.
- Conduct training sessions on multiple ISO standards, including but not limited to: ISO 27001, ISO 42001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Lead engaging and impactful training sessions, both in-person and virtually, by adapting your delivery style to accommodate various learning preferences and delegate needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis to understand client requirements and deliver training solutions that maximize value.
- Innovate and develop new training programs, workshops, and materials that meet the evolving demands of the market.
- Champion additional services and higher-value training solutions, ensuring that clients receive the most relevant and up-to-date support.
- Facilitate corporate client evaluation sessions and demos, presenting with clarity, authority, and impact.
- Deliver training programs with a focus on quality, engaging content, and measurable outcomes to ensure maximum learning impact.
Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: 3+ of experience in information security management, ISO, ISMS, or related fields.
- Educational Requirements: Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Certifications: Proven experience as an ISMS/Cyber Auditor or Trainer, with recognized authorization as a certified trainer.
- Learning Styles Proficiency: Knowledge of various training techniques and learning styles with the ability to apply them effectively in different contexts.
- Technology Proficiency: Expertise in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to develop training materials and deliver sessions.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
