About Position:
We are looking for a skilled Data Privacy & Compliance Manager to lead privacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage end‑to‑end data protection frameworks across the organization.

What You'll Do:
- Implement and manage compliance with GDPR, CCPA, DPDPA, IT Act.
- Build and maintain RoPA, DPIA/PIA, Data Mapping, Data Classification & DSAR workflows.
- Develop and update privacy policies, consent frameworks & breach management SOPs.
- Lead compliance for ISO 27001/27701/22301, SOC 2, PCI DSS.
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts (SaaS, fintech, BFSI, commercial).
- Conduct vendor due diligence and third‑party security assessments.
- Partner with tech, product & leadership teams on privacy‑by‑design.
- Support audits, risk assessments & regulatory readiness.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Law, Business, or related fields.
- Candidates with a Postgraduate Degree / Diploma in Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Law, or AI Ethics are preferred.
- ISO 27001
- GDPR/CCPA certifications
- CT‑DPO / CIPP / CIPM / CIPT
- Strong knowledge of global & Indian privacy laws.
- Hands‑on experience with ISO/SOC2/PCI DSS standards.
- Excellent policy drafting & contract‑review skills.
- Proficiency in OneTrust, TrustArc, BigID, Security
- Strong communication & stakeholder management.
