We're looking for an ISO Program Manager who's sharp, organized, and ready to hit the ground running with audits, documentation, gap analyses, and client support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 implementations projects from the ground up.
- Run gap assessments, internal audits, and external audit preparations
- Deliver clear, audit-ready documentation tailored for clients
- Guide clients through closing audit gaps and building sustainable compliance systems
- Partner with the Chief Consultant on strategy, timelines, and project execution
- Work across industriesfrom recycling to technologyand see your impact firsthand
- Keep projects organized, client-friendly, and audit-proof
- Support clients during audits and with post-audit corrective actions
- Maintain client compliance calendars to keep everything on track
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Management, IT, or similar.
- ISO Lead Auditor credentials at least one (9001/27001/13485 latest editions).
- Strong understanding and experience in ISO/IEC 27001 and security and compliance frameworks.
- 510 years of hands-on ISO Implementation and compliance experience
- Bonus: knowledge of R2v3, RIOS, or e-Stewards
- Excellent writing skills (reports, SOPs, client communications, presentations)
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple projects
- A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and modern email tools
