Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
Experience in manufacturing or engineering in the railway or heavy engineering industry
Minimum of 12 years of technical experience in Process Engineering
Familiarity with managing teams and global stakeholders
A master's degree in a relevant field is desirable
Knowledge of ALM, maintenance activities, and integrated service readiness
Understanding of customer needs and service depot or production environments
