Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Lead Agile delivery and continuous improvement for Veeva Vault systems
  • Manage backlog grooming, release planning, and feature delivery aligned with GxP compliance
  • Drive documentation, validation protocols (IQ/OQ), and user training
  • Oversee collaboration across global teams to ensure product quality and regulatory alignment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with SAFe methodologies
  • Guide business analysis, backlog refinement, and validation planning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including senior leadership
  • Ensure readiness for audits and compliance through thorough documentation and governance
