Job Description

  • Lead and manage agile product delivery, promoting Agile values and SAFe framework practices.
  • Facilitate agile events: stand-ups, sprint/PI planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos, backlog refinement.
  • Advise on SAFe events such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Product Owners to align strategy and execution.
  • Support scrum teams to accelerate delivery focused on business outcomes and scrum maturity.
  • Identify and manage risks and dependencies across teams promptly.
  • Coordinate with support teams for timely issue resolution post-release.
  • Foster continuous improvement culture via retrospectives and innovation encouragement.
  • Monitor and report team progress ensuring transparency and alignment with objectives.
  • Requires experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Align) and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred: DevOps knowledge, workshop facilitation, SAFe certification, and HR domain experience.
  • Strong people skills, multitasking ability, collaboration, and team goal focus essential.
