This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to establish and maintain operational methods, service compliance, and procedures. Each day, you will be responsible for planning, design, implementation and continuous improvement within governance, compliance, assurance, and/or risk. You will also showcase your expertise by guiding, advising, or supporting in all operational aspects, including document management and systems and procedures analysis.

The work model for the role is #Hybrid

This role is contributing to the Finance Systems ITGC Compliance based in India and Poland.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Designing, implementing, and updating internal controls within the assigned area of responsibility in alignment with the ABB Control Framework and organizational standards
• Overseeing the complete and accurate collection, validation, and documentation of data related to internal controls within the designated scope
• Monitoring the accuracy of the risk and compliance control description and ensuring timely, consistent, and accurate control performance to meet corporate requirements
• Providing timely and accurate support for risk and compliance testing in your area of responsibility for regular assessment and confirmation of the performance of controls
• Coordinating the assessment of risks to the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of systems that support critical business processes.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in IT, finance or related area
• 3-4 plus years of total experience with good knowledge of industry framework, standards and practices (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 2700x, etc.) / Professional certification (CISA, ITIL) considered as a plus
• IS/IT process knowledge
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of underlying business processes and technologies
• Complex problem solving skills
• Data management skills / Documentation skills
• Good communication skills to deal with different stakeholders
• Fluent spoken and written English.
