IS Business Analyst Lead to Opportunity Saleforce ABB Robotics

As a RARO IS Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into impactful technical solutions that drive efficiency and performance across our global organization.
Your responsibilities
- Perform business analysis to support decisions for new or enhanced solutions and services
- Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Analyze and document business processes, propose improvements, and define impacts on existing systems and data flows
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to create a shared understanding of application needs
- Support testing, training, and implementation to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Create and manage backlog items using Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
In this role, you will interact with Business Process Owners, Application Owners, IS Managers, Solution Architects, Development and QA teams. You'll work in a dynamic, distributed environment with cross-cultural teams, addressing both global and local needs. Effective communication and collaboration will be key to your success.
The position is global. The preferred locations are Poland and India.
Your background
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a business, system, functional, or data analyst
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and SFDC configuration
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and backlog handling using Azure DevOps
- Skilled in process mapping tools such as Visio and familiar with Identity Access Management
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and ability to influence stakeholders toward shared goals
