This Position reports to:

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Perform timely and accurate monthend controlling activities including IS cost validation, allocations, and variance analysis.
  • Deliver standard reporting (including IS5Q) accurately and on time in collaboration with Business Partners.
  • Ensure compliance with ABB policies, US GAAP/Local GAAP, and internal controls.
  • Maintain completeness and accuracy of IS cost reporting and support country-level cost allocation processes.
  • Ensure correct allocation drivers, accurate cost distribution to local divisions, and proper HR master data for allocation logic minimize graveyard charges.
  • Provide functional support for EICOS including testing, data validation, defect tracking, documentation, and troubleshooting.
  • Support rollout and implementation of EICOS enhancements aligned with operational and business requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards in line with ABB reporting standards ensuring accurate, consistent data and businessaligned visualizations.
  • Support user adoption of Power BI through training, guidance, and participation in practitioner groups.
  • Follow and update SOPs as processes or systems evolve.
  • Collaborate with EICOS Team Lead, Business Controllers, and crossfunctional finance teams to deliver highquality analysis and performance insights.
  • Respond to queries promptly and maintain transparency in data and deliverables

Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling. Experience of working in service delivery model environment.
  • CA/CMA/CS/master's degree in finance and accounting or business administration
  • Good communication, problem solving and analytical skills as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks. Fluent in English and local language preferably.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details and good analytical skills. Ability to guide team members and provide on the job coaching and training. Strong MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of ABB's reporting frameworks (EICOS, IS cost reporting) is an advantage.
