Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Quality to lead and oversee quality assurance for US third-party collection processes. The role involves ensuring compliance, maintaining quality standards, driving process improvements, and managing internal & client-facing communication.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
• Implement & maintain QA protocols
• Conduct audits and evaluations
• Monitor KPIs & prepare performance reports
Process Improvement
• Identify gaps and optimize processes
• Collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency
Compliance Management
• Ensure adherence to FDCPA, TCPA & client regulations
• Stay updated with US collections compliance standards
Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor & train the QA team
• Conduct refresher sessions & performance discussions
Client & Vendor Coordination
• Maintain strong relationships
• Address and resolve quality-related issues
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Quality (Collections)
• Minimum 2+ years as Assistant Manager – Quality
• Strong knowledge of FDCPA, TCPA & US compliance laws
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience working with US clients
• Strong data analysis & reporting proficiency
