Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate all In-Room Dining operations (ordering, tray setup, delivery & pickup).
- Ensure food & beverage items are delivered on time, accurately, and according to brand/service standards.
- Conduct quality checks on orders before dispatch and ensure proper presentation.
- Maintain department inventory, including chinaware, glassware, cutlery, and minibars.
- Monitor and support minibars replenishment and billing accuracy (if applicable).
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in IRD service areas and pantries.
- Handle VIP orders with special attention to presentation and personalization
Requirements :
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong guest service and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of F&B service standards.
- Ability to lead a team and coordinate multi-departmental tasks.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Micros, Opera, or similar).
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
