Responsibilities:
Inpatient DRG Coding
- Perform accurate coding of inpatient cases using DRG methodology.
- Focus on coding for Surgery and IPDRG cases.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to coding standards.
Compliance & Certification Management
- Maintain certification requirements: CCS, CIC, or CPC certification is mandatory.
- Stay updated on medical coding guidelines and hospital compliance protocols.
Assessment & Interview Process
- First round: Face-to-face assessment.
- Second round: Technical interview (in-person or virtual).
