Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead ticketing and revenue strategy for large-scale live entertainment properties. This role will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of ticketing performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize inventory, and demand planning. The incumbent will play a critical role in maximizing revenue and profitability across IPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end ticketing strategy for large-scale live events, including concerts, festivals, and flagship IPs
- Develop and implement pricing frameworks, inventory allocation, and phased release strategies to maximize revenue
- Analyze ticket sales trends, booking curves, and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization
- Lead demand planning and forecasting to ensure effective capacity utilization and revenue yield
- Manage pricing tiers, and ticket release timelines across sales phases (early bird, regular, last-minute, etc.)
- Drive revenue growth through data-backed decision-making and continuous performance tracking
- Collaborate closely with:
- Event promoters and partners for commercial alignment
- Marketing teams to optimize campaigns, conversions, and sales velocity
- Monitor competitive landscape and benchmark pricing and positioning across similar events and markets
- Own and manage the P&L for assigned events, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
Experience:
- 35 years of experience in ticketing, revenue management, analytics, or live entertainment/events ecosystem
- Prior experience handling large-scale events, concerts, or festivals is highly preferred
