Job Description

Candidate have to manage IP MPLS Products & Strategy network Architect to design and manage IP/MPLS network company

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of IP/MPLS Products of multiple Vendors, features and scale requirements, latest technologies with IP and network Automation, as well as experience in designing large telco IP Transport and development of the future ready network

This role is responsible for:

  • Prepare HLD/LLD documents for all IP/MPLS transport services.
  • Handling NLD and ISP domain
  • Should be aware ISP peering and internet exits.
  • Maintain database for all services & related RD/RT/VLAN/Prefixes. Updates periodically
  • Quarterly service audit & corrections.
  • Drive automation in designing & MoP template preparation.
  • MoP preparation for all type of services.
  • Ensure NW security compliance while delivering MoPs to SNOC.

Preferred candidate profile

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of IP/MPLS/L2/L3 Routing technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of IP Routing protocols (BGP,ISIS,OSPF,LDP/TE etc.)
  • Knowledge of SDN/NFV/SD-WAN/Telco Data centre & related concepts.
  • In depth knowledge on Router/Switch commands/troubleshooting methods.
  • Should be independently able to prepare data scripts/Configuration scripts for Cisco/Juniper/Huawei/ZTE Routers.
  • Working Knowledge of automation Scripting, python and Yang, etc.
  • A deep understanding of multivendor Router/Switches HW & its service flows.
  • In depth knowledge of 2G/3G/4G technologies , NLD and ISP toplogy & its service flows.
  • Min 5 years of experience working with large scale IP/MPLS NWs.
  • Knowledge on E2E Mobile Solutions, Mobile & Packet Core concepts and related technologies.
  • Knowledge on Network Management Systems, networking concepts and related technologies.
  • Be a fast learner, ambitions, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments
  • High-level understanding of IP transport security concepts.
  • Communication skills, ability to engage and manage large scale teams.
  • Culture of collaboration, agility, innovation and speed.
  • Positive attitude and a strong commitment to delivering quality work.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Information Technology or relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of experience working with large scale IP/MPLS NWs
  • Cisco/Juniper/Huawei certifications (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/JNCA) are preferable.
  • Experience in Router/Switches configuration, provisioning.
  • 5 Years experience in IP planning/Operation field.
