About The Role
We are seeking a talented iOS Developer with 1-2.5 years of experience to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mobile technologies, particularly iOS development, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing high-quality mobile applications that support our platform's core functionalities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver seamless user experiences. Your contributions will be vital in optimizing app performance, implementing new features, and ensuring the overall quality and responsiveness of our applications. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a combination of technical expertise and a proactive mindset. Key qualifications include:
- 1-2.5 years of experience in iOS development, with a strong portfolio of applications.
- Proficiency in Swift, with hands-on experience using UIKit and SwiftUI frameworks.
- Solid understanding of iOS frameworks such as CoreData, CoreGraphics, CoreLocation, and CoreAnimation.
- Experience with threading, performance tuning, and debugging to ensure smooth application performance.
- Familiarity with cloud messaging APIs, Push Notifications, and Apple Certificates and Profiles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the complete application development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in version control systems, especially Git.
- Understanding of architectural patterns such as VIPER, MVVM, and MVI.
- Knowledge of Web Sockets and real-time communication protocols.
- Experience working with Audio and Video calling frameworks, such as Agora.
- Familiarity with IDEs including XCode and Android Studio.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to handle a diverse set of responsibilities, including:
- Designing and developing advanced applications for the iOS platform utilizing Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.
- Collaborating with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Participating in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and organization.
- Fixing bugs, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing application performance for responsiveness and efficiency.
- Ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of the mobile applications.
- Implementing and maintaining automated testing and continuous integration pipelines.
- Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in iOS development and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Contributing to documentation and sharing knowledge within the team to foster a collaborative learning environment.
