Key Deliverables
#1 Manage and support the women's football department.
2 Oversee the support with the implementation and evolution of women's football strategy with monitoring progress and reporting.
3 Lead, drive and optimize the strategic development of women's football in various aspects such as participation growth, high performance, competitions, club and league development, coach education, regulatory framework and governance, social impact, professionalization, and leadership.
4 Intensely collaborate inter-departments at AIFF to ensure quality enhancement of the overall football ecosystem.
5 Manage the development of Women's Football in Member Associations.
6 Drive cooperation and partnerships with internal and external parties to benefit the growth of women's football.
7 Oversee the creation of an AIFF women's football data. hub.
8 Contribute to AIFF's overall strategic objectives and transformation.
9 Must be aware of child safeguarding policies & Best Practices to ensure a safe environment for the players.
Qualifications
- Only Indian Nationals need to apply.
- Qualification: Masters in Sports Management.
- Position is open for Women.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sports administration/Women's Football.
- Strong comprehension of the women's football ecosystem, regulatory framework, and development mechanisms.
- Playing, coaching, football administration and/or refereeing experience an asset.
- Strong sense of individual accountability, responsibility, and integrity.
