Investor Relationship Manager- B to C

Valion has recently launched myfollo, a real estate portfolio management portal designed to provide property advisory services for investors and end-users.

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investor Relationship Manager - B to C, based in Gurugram. The role involves nurturing relationships with high-value investors, providing tailored real estate portfolio advice, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing and growing relationships with HNI clients, conducting property market research, preparing reports, and presenting customized solutions. The role also requires working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience while achieving business objectives.

• Strong client relationship management and communication skills
• Ability to conduct property market research and develop tailored investment strategies
• Competency in portfolio management and financial planning related to real estate
• Experience in sales, negotiations, and managing high-value transactions
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office applications, and data analysis
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams
• Prior experience in real estate, investment advisory, or wealth management is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
