Investor Relations Specialist

Your key goals and responsibilities (includes but is not limited to)

• Develop and execute investor relations strategies to enhance investor confidence and engagement.
• Communicate the companys financial performance, strategies, and business developments to current and potential investors.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other communications to investors and analysts.
• Monitor and analyze investor sentiment, market trends, and competitor performance.
• Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conference calls, and annual general meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in all investor communications.
• Manage investor inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
• Assist in the development of financial reports and disclosures required for regulatory compliance.
• Support the creation and maintenance of investor relations materials, including annual reports, investor presentations,

and press releases.

What you MUST have

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably within the insurance or broking industry.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, market analysis, and investor communication strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations software/tools.
