Key Responsibilities
● Partner Acquisition & Pipeline Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (IFAs, Wealth Managers, RE Brokers). Own the relationship end-to-end, ensuring your partners are active, trained, and consistently submitting deals.
● Institutional Outreach & Appointment Setting: Execute high-volume, strategic outreach (cold calling and email campaigns) to navigate gatekeepers and reach institutional decision-makers. A core metric of your success will be the number of qualified meetings you set up for the VP of Institutional Relations.
● Sales Enablement & Closing Support: Continually educate your channel partners on U.S. Real Estate offerings so they can pitch effectively. Assist partners in closing their end-clients by handling technical queries regarding U.S. taxation and returns.
● Market Intelligence & Preparation: Conduct rigorous research to build and maintain clean, high-quality databases of potential Family Office and Institutional leads. Prepare detailed briefing notes and background research on investors prior to VP meetings.
