Investor Relations-Sell Side

We are actively seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investor Relations - Sell Side Analyst to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role is specifically for candidates with Sell Side Firm experience. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to investor relations by generating reports, maintaining robust financial models, and analyzing market trends. You'll be proficient in using tools like Bloomberg, tracking industry updates, and assisting with investor queries, demonstrating strong knowledge of valuation methodologies such as DCF, EV/EBITDA, DuPont, and credit ratios.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting & Financial Modeling Support: Provide essential support to Investor Relations by preparing various reports, financial models, and analyzing investor data.
• Valuation & Market Analysis: Maintain and update complex valuation models and conduct thorough market trend analysis to identify key insights.
• Information Gathering & Tracking: Utilize platforms like Bloomberg to gather financial data. Actively track industry updates and competitive landscapes to inform investor communications.
• Investor Query Assistance: Assist efficiently with investor queries, providing accurate and timely information.
• Financial & Valuation Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of financial methodologies including DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), EV/EBITDA, DuPont analysis, and credit ratios in all analytical tasks.

Skills

• Proven experience working with a Sell Side Firm.
• Strong analytical skills to support Investor Relations with reports, financial models, and investor data.
• Proficiency in maintaining valuation models and analyzing market trends.
• Experience using financial terminals like Bloomberg.
• Ability to track industry updates and assist effectively with investor queries.
• In-depth knowledge of DCF, EV/EBITDA, DuPont analysis, and credit ratios.

Qualifications

• MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 Colleges / CA (Chartered Accountant) / CFA Level 3 / ICWA.
• Demonstrable experience in a sell-side firm in an analytical or investor relations support role.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
