Role Description

As the Investor Relations Manager, you will be the primary bridge betweenSeafundand our capital partners. This is a high-visibility role where you will manage relationships withFamily Offices, HNI's, Wealth Managers and Partners . You will balance the rigor of institutional-grade reporting with the agility required in a high-growth VC environment. You willbe responsible forthe end-to-end LP lifecyclefrom fundraising support and onboarding to ongoing performance communication.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Investor Relations and the ability to maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders
• Driving fundraising cycles and LP coverage.
• Benchmark fund performance and IR practices against peers tomaintaina competitive edge.
• Coordinate LP-exclusive events, webinars, and ecosystem engagements to strengthen theSeafundbrand.
• Strong Analytical Skills with experience in data interpretation and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling techniques, with the ability to analyze and forecast financial performance
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Deep understanding ofAIF structures, capital call mechanics, and alternative investment performance metrics.
• Proficiencyin CRM/Investor Portals and a pulse on social media tools for professional branding.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CFA or similar certifications are a plus
• 57 yearsin Investor Relations, Private Banking, Multi-Family Offices (MFO), or Wealth Management.
