Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional with relevant experience, including hands-on exposure in a listed company environment. The role will be responsible for managing communication between the company and the investment community, ensuring transparent, timely, and compliant disclosures in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and investors, analysts, and shareholders
  • Manage quarterly earnings calls, investor presentations, analyst meets, and roadshows
  • Prepare and review financial presentations, earnings releases, investor decks, annual reports, and fact sheets
  • Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR) regulations, stock exchange disclosures, and corporate governance norms
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Secretarial, and Senior Management for accurate and timely disclosures
  • Handle analyst queries, investor feedback, and market perception analysis
  • Track and analyze shareholding patterns, institutional ownership, market trends, and peer benchmarking
  • Support leadership during AGMs, EGMs, and board-level investor communications
  • Monitor stock performance, trading activity, and investor sentiment
  • Assist in managing crisis communication and sensitive market disclosures
  • Maintain strong relationships with sell-side and buy-side analysts.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or Financial Communications.
  • Mandatory experience working with a listed company.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, equity research, and financial reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEBI regulations, LODR norms, and disclosure requirements.
  • Ability to interpret and present complex financial data clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience interacting with CXOs, Board Members, Investors, and Analysts.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications

  • CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA / CS or equivalent qualification preferred.
