Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented candidate for Investor Relations (IR) team in managing investor communication function. The ideal candidate should be from a reputed institute and/or hold professional qualifications such as CA/CFA, with some exposure to IR or financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of investor presentations, earnings releases, and annual reports
- Support quarterly and annual earnings processes, including data collation and analysis
- Handle investor queries and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders
- Track and analyze financial performance, industry trends, and peer benchmarking
- Support management in investor meetings, analyst calls, and roadshows
- Maintain IR databases, reports, and regulatory disclosures
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support investor relations activities.
- Monitor and analyse competitor investor relations activities, market dynamics, and trends to inform strategic planning and positioning
- Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and communications, to ensure consistent messaging and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
- Experience: 13 years in Investor Relations / Equity Research / Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in financial analysis and modelling.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with investor relations software and databases.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements

Preferred Profile
- Candidates from listed entities or with experience in the healthcare sector will be preferred
