mRole Overview: Seeking an Investor Relations & Fundraising Manager / Principal who will hel

pmanage investor engagement, coordinate fundraising processes, and support th

eleadership team in capital formation. This role is ideal for someone from a stron

gacademic background in engineering or finance, with 510 years of experience in ventur

ecapital, private equity, or related fields, and a structured approach to fundraisin

gexecution and investor relations

.The candidate should be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing dat

arooms, preparing presentations, coordinating investor outreach, and supporting th

eleadership team in LP discussions and due diligence

.Key Responsibilities :

Manage and execute the fundraising process, including preparing pitch decks

,fund models, data rooms, and investor communications

. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective Limited Partner

s(LPs), including family offices, institutional investors, and strategic partners

. Act as the key point of contact for LPs during diligence processes, answerin

gdetailed technical and financial questions

. Collaborate with the company's leadership on investor messaging, fundraising strategy

,and preparation of financial materials

.Coordinate across teams to maintain accurate cap tables, financial models, an

dportfolio data required for investor updates

. Drive fundraising operations, including pipeline tracking, follow-ups, and closin

gprocesses

. Stay up to date on industry benchmarks, LP expectations, and market dynamics

.Qualification

s 510 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investor relations, o

rfundraising

. Strong academic credentials With background in engineering, finance, o

rrelated fields. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred

. Engineering or quantitative background with analytical rigor and structure

dthinking

. Prior experience working within a fund (VC/PE), particularly in a capital formatio

nor investor relations role, is required

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill comple

xideas into clear messaging for investors

. High attention to detail and strong project management skills

. Exposure to global LPs (family offices, institutional investors, fund-of-funds) is

aplus

.

This role involves both front-end and back-end responsibilities. The preferred qualifications are: B.Tech and MBA, strong academic scores (10th, 12th, etc.). Prior experience in a related industry is preferred, but we're also open to candidates with 45 years of experien
