Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Investor Relations Associate based in Thane, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves managing relationships with investors, addressing inquiries, and providing regular updates on investment opportunities and portfolios. Additional responsibilities include conducting analysis and research to support investment decisions, preparing financial reports and presentations, and ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders. The Associate will play a key role in maintaining investor confidence and facilitating growth in the organization's business relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Investor Relations and strong understanding of fundraising strategies.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to build rapport and deliver compelling presentations.
• Knowledge or experience in Investments and Private Equity is highly desirable.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, market research, and preparing investor documentation is advantageous.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
