Work directly with Founder + Ops Lead on real deal execution.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deal operations: NDAs, data rooms, weekly founder touchpoints
- Investor/buyer research: Database building, outreach campaigns, CRM management
- Event coordination: Post-event follow-ups and future business development events
- Systems building: Templates, SOPs, process documentation
- Content support: LinkedIn posts, case studies, pitch material
Reality Check: 70% operations, 30% research/coordination. Not finance modeling. Real responsibility from Day 1.
You Are:
- Final year student / recent grad / 1-2 years experience (any background)
- AI-savvy: Already use ChatGPT/Claude for work
- Strong communication + obsessive attention to detail
- Self-starter with ownership mentality
- Available 6 hrs/day, 6 days/week, 6-month commitment
Bonus: Notion/CRM experience, startup interest
