About the RoleWe are looking for a driven Investment Banking Intern who can support us in raising funds, identifying the right incubators, handling investor outreach, and managing strong communication with external stakeholders.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants hands-on exposure to fundraising, startup finance, investment documents, and deal-making.
Key Responsibilities- Research & shortlist relevant VCs, angels, family offices, sector-specific funds, CSR programs, and government grants.
- Apply to incubators & accelerators with customized decks, forms, and submissions.
- Prepare and refine pitch decks, financial models, traction reports, and due diligence documents.
- Schedule investor meetings, maintain calendars, track conversations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Create and maintain a pipeline tracker for investors, incubators, and grant applications.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking for investor communication.
- Draft email pitches, LOIs, and summary notes for investor communication.
- Assist in deal coordination, meeting prep, note-taking, and internal alignment.

Requirements- Strong research and communication skills

- Available for 1520 hours per week
- Immediate joining preferred
Good to Have- Prior exposure to fundraising / incubators / startup competitions
- Understanding of financial statements
- Experience in deck building or financial analysis tools
