Investment Banking Intern

This is a hybrid Investment Banking Intern role, based in Gurugram with flexibility to work from home on certain days. The intern will assist in financial modeling, conducting due diligence, market research, and supporting investment strategies. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing presentations, and assisting in structuring capital solutions, all while gaining exposure to the education-focused real estate investment landscape.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and identify trends
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and understanding of Finance concepts
• Knowledge of Investments and experience with Due Diligence processes
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
