Your job:

Be the human side of the AI-human hybrid model we're building.

Execute deals today, and teach the AI what to automate tomorrow.

Your Role (AI x Deals x Systems = Leverage)

1. Deal Execution (70%)

This is the data that trains our AI.

You will:

• Convert messy promoter files into clean, structured datarooms
• Extract insights from GST, P&L, BS, cash cycles
• Build valuation models that later become automated templates
• Prepare investor-ready memos that become training data
• Run closing mechanics and timelines

Your execution directly becomes product.

2. Investor Coordination (20%)

• Sector-level investor mapping
• Preparing IC-quality memos
• Running follow-ups
• Capturing investor behavior fed into matchmaking engine

Your pattern recognition becomes ML feature engineering data.

3. Process + AI Feedback Loop (10%)

• Build SOPs
• Standardize deal workflows
• Document repetitive tasks that should be automated
• Collaborate with CTO to convert human workflows automation pipelines

You are not a user of the product you are the co-architect of what gets automated.

12-Month Growth Map

Month 12:

Learn the execution engine.

Document broken workflows.

Fix the pipeline.

Month 35:

Close your first deal.

Identify the 3 workflows that MUST be automated first.

Month 69:

Own 10+ mandates.

Start co-designing the AI valuation + dataroom modules.

Month 912:

Become Head of Deal Ops, controlling both execution and automation priorities.

This is not an analyst associate VP ladder.

Comp Structure Base Salary

70K/month Auto-bumps to 1L/month after 3 closed deals.

Deal Bonuses (Tiered)

0.75% 1% 1.5% 2% depending on:

• execution
• sourcing
• speed
• complexity

ESOPs:

1%1.5%, 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff (depending on experience)

Conservative (3 deals, 37.5L avg fee):

• Base: 10.2L
• Bonuses: 1.2L
• Total Cash: 11.4L
• ESOPs (paper value): 5-10L

Strong Performance (5 deals, 1 self-sourced, 45L avg fee):

• Base: 12L
• Bonuses: 2.6L
• Total Cash: 14.6L
• ESOPs (paper value): 5-10L
• Total Comp: 19-24L
