Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Gurugram. As an Investment Banking Associate, you will handle client relations, financial modeling, conduct due diligence, perform valuations, and analyze market trends to support high-value real estate transactions in the education sector. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing financial reports, and assisting in structuring complex financial solutions for clients. The role requires a high level of professionalism, analytical acumen, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Strong expertise in Financial Modeling and Valuation techniques
• Experience conducting Due Diligence and analyzing complex financial structures
• Proficiency in Finance fundamentals and exceptional Analytical Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Experience in real estate investment banking or related sectors is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, and database analytics)
