Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Investment Banking Associate, based in Mumbai. The Investment Banking Associate will manage and execute critical tasks such as conducting financial analysis and modeling, and developing pitchbooks. Responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their financial needs, supporting M&A and private capital raising transactions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of financial markets to provide strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Modeling and proficiency in performing valuations
• Experience in conducting comprehensive Due Diligence and analyzing intricate financial data
• Solid background in Finance with excellent Analytical Skills to drive data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA or CFA is a plus
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is preferred
