About the Firm

We are working with aconfidential boutique investment bankspecializing inMergers & Acquisitions advisory, with a strong focus on theMiddle Eastand active execution ofcross-border and international transactions. The firm advises founders, family offices, corporates, and investors across multiple sectors, offering hands-on exposure and direct involvement with senior dealmakers.

Role Overview

TheM&A Analystwill play a key role in supporting live transactions acrosssell-side, buy-side, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates. This is aremote positionoffering significant responsibility, steep learning, and exposure to the full M&A deal lifecycle in a lean boutique environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support execution ofM&A transactions, divestitures, and strategic advisory engagements
  • Build and maintainfinancial modelsincluding DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and scenario analysis
  • Prepareinvestment banking materialssuch as pitch decks, teasers, information memoranda (IMs), and management presentations
  • Conductcompany, market, and industry research, with emphasis onMiddle East markets
  • Performvaluation analysisand financial due diligence
  • Assist indeal structuring, negotiation support, and transaction documentation
  • Coordinate with external advisors (legal, accounting, tax)
  • Managedata rooms, investor outreach support, and transaction pipelines
  • Participate in client and investor interactions alongside senior bankers

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree inFinance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or Engineering
  • 13 years of experience inInvestment Banking, M&A Advisory, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, or Transaction Advisory
  • Strongfinancial modeling and valuationskills
  • Solid understanding ofM&A processes and deal execution
  • Advanced proficiency inExcel and PowerPoint
  • Excellentanalytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills inEnglish
  • Ability to work independently in aremote, fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availabilityor short notice period required
