Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in due diligence process for various Equity capital market (ECM) related products with regards to:
- Companies Act.
- SEBI Listing Regulations.
- Other applicable SEBI regulations
- Drafting and Review of documentation required for ECM related products.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work with the team.
- Fluency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Eye for detail
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualified CS/CA/ MBA with 1-2 years of experience
