Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Origination

-Identify, evaluate, and engage startups and growth-stage companies seeking capital or strategic investment partners.

-Build and manage a robust pipeline of fundraising mandates and investment opportunities.

Relationship Management

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders, CXOs, and key decision-makers across sectors.

-Work closely with internal investment and leadership teams to assess advisory and co-investment opportunities.

Market Research & Intelligence

-Track emerging sectors, startup trends, and disruptive business models within the ecosystem.

-Monitor competitor activity, investor behavior, and broader market developments.

Fundraising & Advisory Support

-Pitch BizDateUp's advisory offerings and co-investment philosophy to founders and entrepreneurs.

-Support outreach strategies to attract high-quality mandates and strategic partnerships.

Networking & Brand Building

-Represent the firm at startup events, pitch days, demo days, and investor forums.

-Contribute to building BizDateUp's brand and thought leadership within the startup and investment ecosystem.

Key Requirements

Education

-Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, or a related field.

-MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Experience

-1 to 4 years of experience in sales, business development, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or related roles.

-Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, fundraising processes, and investment structures.
