Role Summary:
We are looking for a motivated CA Article to join our Investment Banking team. The candidate will gain hands-on exposure in financial advisory, valuation, transaction support, and fundraising assignments. This role offers practical experience in live deals, financial analysis, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of Financial Models, Business Plans, and Pitch Decks.
- Support in Business Valuation assignments using appropriate valuation methodologies.
- Conduct financial analysis, ratio analysis, and industry research.
- Assist in preparation of Information Memorandum (IM), Teasers, and investor presentations.
- Work on due diligence processes and transaction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, investors, and internal teams for deal execution.
- Perform market research and prepare sector-specific reports.
- Support in data analysis and preparation of MIS reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- CA Intermediate cleared (Both Groups cleared).
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Financial Statements, and Corporate Finance concepts.
- Basic knowledge of Financial Modeling and Valuation preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
