Role Description
Investment Analysts
Provide insights on stocks, ETFs, bonds, and portfolios
Help design AI-driven portfolio allocation and risk
Quantitative Analysts (Quants)
Build mathematical and statistical models for investing
Help train AI using financial data
Bridge finance knowledge and machine learning
Qualifications of Investment Analysts
.1Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics
.2 Candidates in 2nd or 3rd year of study are also acceptable
.3 Strong analytical, research, and financial modeling skills
.4 Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools
.5 CFA Level I passed is an advantage, but not mandatory
Qualifications Quantitative Analysts
.1 Education: Degree or current study in 2 and 3 year in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Finance (quant-focused)
.2 Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong math (probability, statistics, calculus, linear algebra) and programming (Python, C++/Java); data analysis and problem-solving skills
