Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for client conversion and retention by ensuring consistent communication, service quality, and engagement.

Assist the Business Development team during the client onboarding process and ensure smooth coordination until activation.

Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships post onboarding.

Review existing client portfolios and provide expert, data-backed recommendations to enhance financial outcomes.

Present research reports, mutual fund updates, investment opportunities, and life & health insurance services to clients.

Coordinate execution of Mutual Funds, Health Insurance, and related transactions with support from the Back Office team.

Conduct research on financial markets, investment products, tax implications, and SEBI circulars impacting advisory.

Collaborate with internal teams including Research, Advisory, Investment Operations, and Compliance to design comprehensive financial strategies.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless service delivery and high satisfaction.

Address client concerns proactively, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.

Ensure all advisory activities comply with SEBI (Investment Adviser) Regulations, 2013 and applicable amendments.

Assist in client risk profiling and ensure recommendations align with their risk appetite and suitability assessment.

Update CRM daily to maintain accurate documentation of follow-ups, client interactions, and service requests.

Qualification & Skills:

Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Analytical mindset to assess client needs, analyze market trends, and offer strategic financial solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and achieve targets.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (MBA in Finance preferred). CFP certification is a plus.

YearsofExperience:

5 years of relevant experience preferred.
