Job Description

Investigate collection related eligible complaints received through various channels. Adhoc Complaints received through other senior management.
Deep Dive Root Cause Analysis [RCA] into the case details to validate the facts around the complaint.
Retrieval of all case related facts documents and other relevant information in coordination with Process Managers. Review of documents supportings evidence.
Cross validation of facts with respect to laid down process internal guidelines.
Discussion with various team members within the vertical outside the vertical to ensure validation of facts.
Assist and support Investigation Manager in any audit compliance regulatory requirements.
Any other analytical tools like SQL, MS Access, Power BI would be an added advantage.
Organized, Collaborative, delivery focussed and strong management skills.
