We are seeking an experienced Inventory & Warehouse Manager to manage end-to-end inventory operations for hospital and biomedical equipment. The role involves strategic inventory planning, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete warehouse and inventory operations
Develop inventory control policies and SOPs
Ensure accurate stock reconciliation and periodic audits
Handle storage, dispatch, and handling of biomedical equipment and spares
Lead and train warehouse and inventory teams
Coordinate with procurement, biomedical, finance, and hospital teams
Monitor inventory KPIs to reduce stock loss and downtime
Prepare MIS reports and present inventory performance
Required Skills
- Strong experience in hospital inventory management
- Knowledge of biomedical equipment and medical devices
- ERP / Inventory systems and MS Excel expertise
- Team leadership and process improvement experience
Preferred Qualification
Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Biomedical, or related field
Additional Requirements
- Flexible working hours and emergency support readiness
- Willingness to relocate to Gurugram
