Inventory Planning and Replenishment Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Use current and historical shipment information, market trends, and POS data to develop demand plans and execute inventory purchases.
• Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to develop detailed SKU-level forecasts and anticipate changes that may impact planning.
• Identify capacity or inventory constraints and communicate potential lead time issues or forecast adjustments to operations and account managers.
• Solve problems as they arise; conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide recommendations for improving operational procedures.
• Understand business dynamics and deliver periodic, in-depth analysis of purchasing, sales, and inventory management across multiple parameters.
• Continuously improve reporting systems and processes by leveraging automation tools.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.
• Take ownership of assigned processes and ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
• Communicate regularly with business units for updates and to respond to requests.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance team capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 23 years of experience in a forecasting or planning analyst role.
• Clear understanding of key performance metrics such as sales, inventory weeks on hand, and weeks of supply, and strategies to improve them.
• Strong and timely communication across cross-functional teams.
• Adaptable and flexible with changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, with a solid understanding of business and process operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work from the office.
• Open to short-term overseas business travel.
• Candidates with a valid U.S. visa are preferred.
