We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage and oversee our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient inventory management, optimizing stock levels, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Assist in the procurement process and manage supplier relationships.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and forecast future inventory needs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely supply of products.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
