We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage and oversee our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient inventory management, optimizing stock levels, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimized.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in the procurement process and manage supplier relationships.
- Implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and forecast future inventory needs.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely supply of products.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
