Key Responsibilities
Audit & Field Governance -Own distributor and retailer audit programs (internal and
external), including planning, coordination with Sales and partners, validation of
findings, and closure of observations.
Inventory Reconciliation & Issue Resolution - Lead reconciliation and deep-dives
across DMS, SAP, and physical stock; act as SPOC for inventory-related
discrepancies, adjustments, and audit queries.
Inventory & Data Hygiene Monitoring - Track and highlight inventory and DMS data
hygiene indicators (returns accuracy, slow movers, out-of-system transactions, outlet
classification accuracy, etc.) and flag recurring risk patterns.
Insights, MIS & Management Visibility - Create periodic MIS and dashboards on
audits, inventory health, and key risks; translate data and field findings into
actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Automation Support -Analyse DMS transactions and market
findings to identify systemic gaps and support automation, controls, and process-
strengthening initiatives
Key Skills
Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset - Ability to work with large datasets, triangulate
information across systems, identify root causes, and detect recurring risk patterns.
Stakeholder Coordination & Closure Ownership -Experience of working in cross-
functional environment with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners, and
drive issues to closure
Inventory & Audit Acumen Experience in inventory audits, reconciliations and
closures
DMS & Sales Operations Understanding - Familiarity with DMS-led GT / MT
operations, including stock flows, returns, outlet masters, and transaction hygiene.
