We are looking for an Inventory Control Manager (SME) to drive domain expertise, process optimization, and intelligent inventory management solutions across Scry AI's platforms. This role is critical in bridging supply chain operations with AI-driven insights to improve accuracy, efficiency, and visibility in inventory processes.

Role Overview

As an Inventory Control Manager (SME) at Scry AI, you will act as a subject matter expert in inventory and warehouse operations, supporting product development, client engagements, and process optimization initiatives. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and client teams to ensure our platforms effectively address real-world supply chain challenges.

This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in inventory control, stock management, and warehouse operations who is interested in leveraging AI to transform supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Process Optimization

• Act as an SME for inventory control processes, including stock tracking, replenishment, and reconciliation
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
• Design and optimize inventory processes using AI-driven insights

Product & Implementation Support

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate operational requirements into platform features
• Support the implementation and configuration of inventory-related workflows
• Ensure accurate data capture, validation, and reporting within systems

Data Analysis & Insights

• Monitor inventory metrics such as stock levels, turnover, shrinkage, and accuracy
• Identify discrepancies, trends, and inefficiencies in inventory operations
• Provide actionable insights to improve inventory performance and forecasting

Compliance & Quality Control

• Ensure adherence to inventory control policies, audit standards, and compliance requirements
• Conduct periodic audits and validation checks
• Mitigate risks related to stock discrepancies and operational inefficiencies

Client Engagement & Training

• Work closely with clients to understand inventory challenges and operational needs
• Provide domain expertise during pre-sales, demos, and solution discussions
• Train internal teams and clients on best practices and system usage

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and inventory management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate operational workflows into technology solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
