About the Role
The GRN Executive will manage end-to-end inward and outward warehouse operations, ensuring accurate GRN processing, inventory control, and smooth coordination across teams and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Verify quantity, quality, and documentation of incoming materials as per purchase orders
- Ensure timely and accurate GRN entries in ERP/WMS systems
- Handle outward dispatch operations including picking, packing, and shipment documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, purchase teams, and transporters for smooth material movement
- Maintain inventory records, stock reconciliation, and daily transaction updates
- Monitor warehouse processes to minimize discrepancies and operational errors
- Supervise warehouse staff, manage shifts, and ensure workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, audits, and company policies
Qualifications:
- Experience: 13 years (Warehouse / Logistics / Inventory)
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GRN, inward, outward, and dispatch processes
- Experience working with ERP/WMS systems
- Good communication and coordination skills
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability
- Team handling experience is an added advantage
